Estate Planning

Every family deserves to have an estate plan, but not every family needs the same plan. We can help you and your family determine the best plan for your needs, using wills, revocable living trusts and special needs trusts that insure your wishes are met and your family's costs are minimized.

Incapacity Planning

If you are ever incapacitated, you want to be certain your assets are protected and that the person you have designated makes critical health care decisions according to your instructions. Not all incapacity planning documents are created equally and may not fully protect you the way you intended. We can help make certain your legal documents make your wishes clear and that your assets remain safe.

Protection against Estate Recovery

Although you may have done Medicaid planning, the government may place a claim against your estate for monies spent for your care. We help prevent unnecessary loss of assets to the government and other creditors upon your death.

Application for Benefits

When appropriate and necessary, we apply for public benefits on your behalf and coordinate with the appropriate agency all the way through the eligibility determination.
